Text over image- black background

Hello,

I have an issue I am trying to solve.

I do want to add text over image in a Home page- so I am doing it.

I do it, then text over image appears, but with a dark frame background.

 I did play around with settings, google but found nothing that solved this issue.

Heard, that one of the ways might be creating new (not home) page, it might fix this.

How to fix it?
