Term Store metadata from a List?
Hi,
Is it possible to create a Term Store list from an existing list in SharePoint?? Basically I want a term list or some way to pull data from one list to use as drop down data in another list.
So, first list is list of supplier names.
Second list is for purchase orders and when creating a new line here I want the supplier name options to pull through from the first list as a choice?
RRMX01 you can do this with 2 lists, one that just lists each supplier in the title column, and then in your PO list add a lookup column and select the Suppliers list and the title column to get the information from:
