Table Styles in Sharepoint Item

Hello,

     I am trying to change the table style within the description of a new item. I have set up a flow through PowerAutomate to have the description details included in the body of the email. The table style is disabled, I would like to know if I can somehow access it? I have tried just using the show grid lines feature under the design tab, but these grid lines do not transfer to the email.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
