System Account - folders empty
Hi on a SPO Site - in a Doc Library - there's a lot of Folders that suddenly are Empty - no Rentention policy or other Workflow acts in this library - only info to see is that the folders are...
TimLB - there's NO Retention policies made at all...
Taen keren Sounds like you're an Admin then. Open an incident with Microsoft.
TimLB - Don't think they can see more than 90 days back as well - might be wrong :)
Taen keren Never know until you ask... maybe can look through your audit logs for the SharePoint URL in the time period where the deletions were expected to happen. 90 days again, maybe you'll see the recycle bin actions... if you're enrolled in a preview feature might have a year's worth of audit data.
Could it be one of the other Global Admins account that is "reported" at System account - or?
