Syncing an Outlook Calendar to Sharepoint Team Site

Could someone give me instructions to sync an Outlook Calendar to a Sharepoint Team Site please?

I followed this discussion which is a work around, https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/sharepoint/how-to-share-outlook-calendar-in-sharepoint-team-site/m-p/203012, but would I also need to set a rule for Calender Invites that are sent to my direct account to be forwarded to the Sharepoint Calendar?
