Synced files duplicated in local folder, OK in SharePoint

Hi

A specifical user is having issues syncing some folder, the files she uploads are being duplicated and the name modified only in the synced folder:

As shown in the picture, this is one single file in SharePoint Online, but in the user folder it shows six times, every one with the "DGU2...." text written over and over.

What might be causing this issue?
