Sync multiple SharePoint document libraries?

Hi,

I am working on our CRM community and we are going to make another communication site in our SharePoint to put all the documents on the page instead of giving the link to the folders. In order to that, I made a new communication site but I linked the documents from our old page document library, so I want to know that is there any solutions to merge or sync 2 document library from separated page together or I should link all documents from new site document library again?
