you cannot affect the drop down in the library navigation.
Have you renamed the library?
Try to set a new default view in your library.

All of the links to other libraries in that dropdown are only partial links and all are missing the last part of the view address.
All libraries in all subsites behave the same way.

i recommend that you create an ms ticket, it's not something you can set or configure.
