SVG Icons showing white rather than transparent backgrounds

Hello. Just uploaded 64x64 SVG icons with transparent backgrounds into a library that has been converted into an organizational asset library. When adding icons to Quick Links, the background is white. Adding the same icon to a PowerPoint slide against a dark background shows the transparent background.

Any ideas?
