[SUGGESTION] Add Settings for the new Sharepoin Framework Extensions Experience

Today I was thinking about being able to add/configure settings for the new extensions experience, probably you already have this in  the roadmap, if not I would add it to UserVoice.

How do I imagine this feature?

Lets say the field customizer, lets suppose that I have a numeric value and I want to be able to configure the colors, depending on the value.

For example between 0 and 40 = red color, 40-70, yellow, 70 to 100 green.

If I could configure the field customizers with a Panel just like the webpart properties pane, then I could use the user configured values in the field customizer rendering.

This could also apply to the other SPFx customizer experiences.
