Stream on SharePoint Thumbnails Not Updating

I solved my issue by clearing my own cache. I imagine individual cache clearing is the only solution. Therefore...I'd make certain that the thumbnail looks right for me as the uploader before I point anyone to the vid. You might try deleting the original vid and reposting it with a new file name. Or even adding the vid to a new doc library with a new file name.
