Stream on SharePoint Thumbnails Not Updating

I'm having this exact issue right now. The auto-selected thumbnail is the only thing that will display on the page. I can even go to the file via the webapp and see the correct thumbnail but the page just WILL NOT read the replacement thumbnail. I have even deleted the web part entirely, republished the page, and then added the part and it selected the original thumbnail instead of the one I uploaded.
Same issue for us. Need this resolved Microsoft!
