Strange page behaviour when switching library from Classic Experience to New Experience

When the library setting is changed to new experience, a page can no longer be accessed and all that displays is a view of the library.

Flipping back to classic experience the page returns.

Anyone experienced this and know why its happening? I can't see anything about the page that's a cause. The library doesn't have a view of the same name.
