Still receiving emails after a rule on a list was deleted

I created a simple list and click Automate>Rules>Create a Rule to send myself an email when a new item is created.  I tested the rule several times and it was good.  Now I deleted the rule but it's still sending me a email when a new item is created!!

Is there a bug somewhere?  Appreciate any advice!
