SPO to SPO - Ownership, Permissions, Version history

While testing the SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online migration, I notice that SharePoint Migration tool does not retain the ownership, permissions and version history. I tested that fine with external tool. Any recommendation on using the Microsoft utility to ensure that ownership, file/folder/library permissions are intact and version history get migrated as source?
