SPO tenant settings

Hi 

Doing a Tenant to Tenant SPO migration. and moving sites, documents etc. works fine, however, a few issues are identified. 

1. The Layout /pictures are a 'bit off' pictures references goes to a different external URL (not the old tenant URL and not to the new) 
   I've looked in the solution files and all the pictures are there - Its like there is made some "external" CSS adjustments.  
   
   
2. In the new Tenant, the Feedback and Mobile app button are present and this is not present in the old Tenant - no documentation is available and the person that did the configuration of the old Tenant and have made the solutions can't be reached. 
   
   
3. Is there a "Get-ALL-SPOTenantSettings" or similar in order to see what has been adjusted in the old Tenant so this can be compared and done in the new Tenant?  
   
   (NB - the Get-SPOTenant are compared and are the same now)
