Specify/define default news template
Is there a way to alter the "template" for news posts on modern communication sites? I would like to define a template that is being used when clicking on the "+Add" -> "News Post" button on modern ...
Ni_Ra975 Only way I've found to do this is through a lot of steps. Worth it if you have a very specific format you need and your users are technical enough to not mind jumping through hoops.
If you've already created a page template, have them create a new page instead of a news post. Then, after they save, they can 'publish the page as news'. A bad habit to start with, but it works.
