We are on the same boat... all collaboration with guests is down... and we have dozens of projects... back to email... Really bad for adoption and terrible for confidence

This has really been a huge embarrassment and Microsoft should be paying out every single customer as this service is not at the 99.99% uptime as promised.
Drop Box, Google Docs, Other file sharing platforms that have this feature would never ever in 1000 years be down like this for such an extended period of time.
Office 365 is not ready for the enterprise and when critical access like this is shut down for external users due to someone at Microsoft screwing up code, well, I certainly have lost all respect for this service.
Looks like we need to switch services to a more reliable file sharing platform like drop box, and simply use office 365 perhaps for email and that's it.
Microsoft cant keep their services running and this is really scary and certainly a lesson that all Business critical processes, solutions , or applications should never be run in Office 365.
- DeletedMay 04, 2018The service isn’t down.....it’s just an annoying prompt that can be cancelled I wouldn’t consider that not being up.
It should def. have been fixed by now but your blowing it a little out of proportion :p.- Jaymin PatelMay 16, 2018Brass Contributor
Any update on fix? We use SharePoint for external collaboration and no one like repeated prompt for accessing SharePoint.
