SP Survey - Get UserID with Export
Good evening all - I am in need of creating a survey that when I export the results that I get the UserID. The name is not enough. I will be using this to tie to other information we have in our HCM system. Any ideas or thoughts?

I would try to use Forms; Answers can be exported to Excel and include the emailaddress of the user. This email address can be used to get the Username.
Other option is to create a PowerApp.Both can be embedded in a SharePoint page.
- How are you going to create the Survey: with forms or with a survey list? My recommendation is to use Forms so you can get the data you need
