SP Online - Document Set Field Synchronization Job

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if there is a way to change Document Set Field Synchronization Job on SP Online? I am not sure how often does SP do the synchronization, but I would need to set it up as frequent as possible or find a workaround to update metadata (for documents inside document set) when document set metadata is changed.
