SP List restrict columns per user

I have a SP list that contains basic info for our staff like:

Name, Start Date, Address, Salary

but I have another column called Vehicle that must be populated by a different user who would require restricted access levels.

For example the Fleet Manager needs to populate the 'vehicle' column but I don't want them to be able to view the address & salary column.

Is this possible?
