SP list doesn't auto-refreshed after submitting a form

Hi,

I have a technical issue with a SP site.

After submitting a form, the page is not auto-refreshed and it seems like the item was not submitted.

How is it possible to fix this problem?

      Hi John,
      Yes.
      The problem was with the form - after submitting the form, I add a success view, and the form switch to another view.
      After canceling this view, the page returned to auto-refreshed.

    If you view all the items (View > All Items) can you see the item there? Do you have a custom view or workflow surrounding this List?

     

    Can you tell us more about it?

      Hi,

      Yes. I can see the item in the "all items" view, and yes - I have a custom view to this list.

      The problem is that I can see the item automatically after adding it - I have to refresh the page.

        As Mikael Svenson wrote - we need more details:
        Based on your tag, it is in SharePoint Online;
        Are you using the Modern View or the Classic View?
        Is the list being presented in its own page (list page) or in a webpart?
