SP List - Change status column to complete if another column has a value

Hi

I have SharePoint list with a calculated column called status and I want it to show Open if another column doesn't have a completion date in (blank value) and Closed if it has a date in.

Can anyone help me with the formula I need to enter into the calculated status column please?
