Sorry Something went wrong message on Sharepoint 2013

Dear All,

I am new in Share point. Recentely I have installed Sharepoint 2013 and Project server 2013. But When Iam trying to create new Project Web app instance I am getting an error message that "Sorry, Something went wrong"  Any one please help me to resolve this issue.
