Something like SharePoint, but public facing?

Are we talking about something like WordPress? That's the first one I think of, it's hugely popular, can be extended easily with plug-ins, lots of hosting options (including Azure) and the new Gutenberg editor is block based, though it's still very new and in testing currently:

- Uh thanks, I like that Gutenberg Editor of WordPress. I haven't really been following the WordPress development for years, so this went by me.
I have never seen site core in action. I'll take a look at it, thanks.
