Some edit options are grayed on the ribbon.

Hi,

It is all about SharePoint 2019 on-premise.

I created a new Subsite in template of Blog. I can add posts. Manage them ad so on. But I cant edit appearance of the blog. Some options are grayed even if I have Full-Control permissions.

How to available unavailable options?
