Sites created via Microsoft Teams or Viva Engage getting 0 storage allocated
We've just noticed that all sites being created via Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage as of earlier today are being allocated a storage limit of 0. And many of our sites over the last few months are getting just 25GB (not TB) which is also a concern since our default limit is 25600GB (25TB). Some extremely random storage amounts are being allocated.
It seems to be associated with Group connected sites only. If we create a Communication Site, then it gets allocated the correct storage.
Has anyone else seen this happening as of today? Just checking to see if it's a wider Microsoft issue or just our tenant. I've already submitted an MS support ticket, but curious to see if it's happening to others.
Just adding the resolution for this. It was some sort of issue with Microsoft in the backend. We logged a support ticket, and they had to clear our tenant settings somehow and it finally resolved itself.
