Site usage shows top files from site collection?

Question

on the updated site usage page it seems to show top page views for the entire site collection rather than the site.

is this "by design"? is there a way to scope the results to the site?

Here is what it looks like. It is confusing our site owners.

Hmm, to my knowledge it was supposed to at some point roll up hub statistics, not sure on sub sites rolling up on a collection thou.
