Site usage option missing for owners in SharePoint Modern Team site

Hi All ,

  I'm seeing a weird behaviour in our tenant where-in the "Site Usage" option under settings is missing for the site owners . I'm able to see that in the same site but it doesn't show up for them ? Any idea why ? I hope this feature is in GA and everyone should be seeing it ,right ? Please let me know .Thanks in advance .
