Site Templates - HELP!
I'm running into massive brick walls when trying to create a template for a SharePoint Team Site. We use these sites in project management for a wide client base. The Team Site we create is pretty basic, and the contents do not need to change. We need the ability to copy the Team Site contents and produce a new Site with those exact contents, and assign new attendees to it.
Planner allows you to copy a plan and then rename it and use it for a new project. How can I do this with a SharePoint Site?

Can you give more details as to what kind of content you want to provision by default in the site and how big your content size ?

Stacey_Pollard Are you using MS Teams also? if so, when you create a new Team, you can choose to use an existing Team as the basis and choose the objects you want to copy. see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/get-started-with-teams-templates
Another option is to use the PnP, one approach is described at https://www.sharepointnutsandbolts.com/2018/01/site-designs-scripts-or-pnp-templates.html and the latest implementation is discussed at https://provisioning.sharepointpnp.com/
FYI, the Save as Template option mentioned by others is no longer available for Group enabled Team sites. MS disabled it because of numerous limitations.

EntArc19 This is what I have as options for site settings. I don't have any of those options.
