Site collection creation via Admin center taking over 30 minutes
Hi there, In recent weeks we've noticed that its taking extremely long to provision a new site collection via the O365 Admin center. Tried in several tenants and we need to wait around 30 minutes...
For me provisioning site collections takes several minutes or longer. I had a instance where it was taking very long or errorred out. I checked if there was some service disruption and there was, so try looking there if problems persist. You can always give support a call.

Just noticed that in the tenant in questions there are only 650 resources available. And I am allocating 300 for the new site collection. Wondering if there is a correlation or impact to the provisioning time here? Do you know?
The resources is for sandbox solutions. If you aren't using them, just set to 0.
I don't think this is related.
