Site Classification
Good day
I was hoping in getting some clarification around the SharePoint Online Modern Site classification feature. I have seen Microsoft and other 3rd party sources with conflicting information, When we look at applying a site classification labled, is that only applicable to a SharePoint Modern Team Site that uses Office 365 Groups or will a Communication site and a non Office 365 connected Modern Team site also be eligible for using this feature? I assume classic team sites are not eligible. Thanks!

- Site classification is being deprecated and replaced by the support of sensitive labels at the site level
- Thank you, I thought this technique or capability was only covering files not an entire web site, do you have any Microsoft resources that talk about this covering a whole web site? Thanks
