Simple guide availability roster
Hi,
I am new to Sharepoint even though I searched here and on the Internet, I couldn't find a solution :(
We run a tour guide company and need a simple, color coded availibility calendar, that can be updated by our guides.
So far, we did that in Excel and it looked like the following example.If possible, it should not be linked to calenders, because our guides simply don't use them. A simple roster, where they can update their own availability would be enough!

Thank you for your answer! But this is not what we are looking for :(
We manage our bookings through Fareharbor, which suits our needs as a tour provider way better.
The only thing we are looking for is a simple way to have an overview of our guides' availability, as we used to do with that simple spreadsheet.

- Agree with Cristopher, Bookings is perfect for your scenario...by the way, in SPO you don't have by default the feature you are requesting
