show full path hierarchy for the currant subsite

I have created a modern SharePoint intranet for my company. It is required for me to add the full path hierarchy of the current subsite a user is visiting. For example, I visit the IT subsite it should show in the header Home> Department> IT

This path will help to navigate between subsites easily and tell the user the path he takes to reach this subsite.
