Show different date/time (different Timezone)

I want to show the date/time in one of the column in sharepoint to other timezones. Ex: The standard regional setting is in EST. I want to show the same date/time in other columns in IST and UTC. Also the daylight savings should be automatically included since adding formula is not working for daylight savings. I want to know if this is acheivable through power automate.
