Sharing Link to A Video Downloads the File?

Question

All, wondering if there is a known setting (of which I can't find quickly) that directs the receiver of a Sharing message from SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business to the web interface of a video. Right now the behavior is to download the video? Seems... not right.&nbsp;

I thought it would play in the web browser preview, but it might only do it on certain video file types. Some are probably mime type to download only.

What type of video file are you trying to play? We do have video viewers on the web so I'd expect it to go there. Thanks!

where is the video stored? in a document library, using the Office Video service or Stream (which is typically the recommended approach)
