SharePoint/OneDrive Document Library Item Previews stopped working
Hi, can anybody else confirm that their document libraries no longer shows item previews?
Doesn't work for any file type on any document library, even OneDrive, for us. Nasty for jpg files that you have to download to view them, Office docs a least open in Office Online.
We're on first release (full tenant) by the way.

I had posted this here, but it was a bit old and didn't get any response. Then found this posting which turns out to be much closer to my issue.
I'm experiencing an intermittent issue where Preview is not working. We are using a modern library that only contains PDF files where all users having VIsitor access. The user clicks on details for the document, and the pane opens up, but you only see the pdf icon, it never resolves to showing the preview (see below image). Again, this is intermittent and I couldn't get it to occur when using classic view.
Let me know if anyone has had this issue and how you resolved it, or if still having similar preview issues.
