What is the difference between OneDrive for the Enterprise and one SharePoint Group site?

OneDrive sites are closed when the user leaves the organization, SP team sites are only closed when Site Policies are implemented or administrative actions are taken.

- OneDrive is for personal storage and SharePoint is for organization storage, document management, creating an Intranet, etc
