Sharepoint: Workflow task - item view

Hi,

We have created an workflow in SharePoint Designer and from mistake I changed the workflow related item view.

1. Click on Task and it appears like this:

2. Click on " Related Item"(please see the above picture) the view is the following:

What we want is to turn back "modern view", like this:

Could you please help me? From where can I change the workflow related item view?
