Sharepoint User Analytics

Hello there,

 

We have page analytics in SharePoint that gives overall information. So is there a way to get User analytics (where I can see where user spend time, which pages they frequently visits, etc...). Any API available or any solutions 🙂

    You can sign up for a free Microsoft Clarity account here

    and then install the SharePoint integration using this tutorial

    You get very, very detailed Information about user behaviour. You even get heatmaps and recordings of user sessions.

    Don't try to install that solution on all sites of your tenant as gathers many datapoint. Just connect the sites that interest you.


    Also keep in mind that you are basically tracking what single users are doing.
    So keep legal issues and user privacy in mind.

      Hi SvenSieverding, I checked this and Its really helpful. I found that there is User ID for every user, Right. So How do I get their actual email ID / Name instead of this random ID (Image attached)

       

      If I want to build a solution using Microsoft clarity API's to display information. then would it be possible. Please let me know your thoughts on this
