SharePoint Team site - Home page design
Hello,
We are utilizing SPO, and im on a project where our local file server is migrated online, within a SharePoint team site, as a document library.
The thing is that i would like to edit SP site's Home page.
Is it possible to add a field with File Activity, where users can track all the changes within the files?
Is it possible to add a Calendar, where changes will be registered in Days? End user can navigate to different days to see the file chanages?
Your input is highly appreciated.
- You can customize the home page of a SPO site in the way you need by means of default WebParts provided:
- There is an Activity WebPart that might fit your requirements about changes happening in files in the site
- There is calendar list and a calendar webpart you could use for tracking changes
