SharePoint Sub Items / Collection Column

Is it possible to create a SharePoint list that contains sub items, similar to the image below., see the 'Equipment' column.

I understand the image is from a third party app.

I'd like a SharePoint list that can store details of a single purchase, the single purchase will contain multiple items so would be useful to be able to see all the items within this purchase.

If there's an alternative way of achieving this using SharePoint lists i'd be happy to test.
