SharePoint Start Page is not loading for new users

This blank page bug is happening in our tenant as well and it is not isolated to newly created users 😞
- For us it seems to be either newly created users or those who have had new licenses applied. The welcome screens aren't loading as they should.
Have now noticed it in several tenancies now.
