SharePoint start page changes
Hello! Since the SharePoint start page has been retired and admin controls are gone, how can we completely remove defunct featured links that are still appearing in our SharePoint mobile experience?

The existing links should have been automatically deleted when the service was retired. I recommend that you open a Microsoft support case.
