SharePoint Site Usage Not Updating

The site usage analytics page for one of our subsite stopped updating around the 29th of March and has not updated since then. If we go to "Site Settings > Popularity Trends-Alert > Usage Reports", the report is updating as expected. But on the site usage page, there is no update.

At first, I thought this was just a single case but it looks like another of our subsite is also affected. The analytics has stopped around the same time as the other site.

Anything I can do to force it update?
