SharePoint Site Pages Manage Access - Can View Option

GiannisEvg Try this:
- Open "Manage access" pop up like you opened previously.
- Click on ellipses (...) from top right corner and select "Advanced settings":
- Make sure the site page is using unique permissions. If not, you will have to break the permissions inheritance by clicking "Stop Inheriting Permissions" like:
- Then grant Read (Can View) permissions to user using "Grant Permissions" option like:

ganeshsanap Thank you so much that worked.I can see all the options from the advance settings. But for your information user was not Inheriting Permissions , it was actually on unique permissions (I took a screenshot before I make the changes).
