Out of curiosity, why do you need to revert back to Manual? I love the "set it and forget it" of having the storage management being automatic.
Norman, the question is one of trying to stop 'misbehaviour' before it occurs. With no limits people can choose to dump a file server's worth of information onto my tenant, and it's then MY problem to help them put it where it should be. Rather than with a limit set the content can't be added without some prior discussion - and I can then **bleep** it in the bud before it becomes my problem to move it on. We've got 15,000 users and while most will use the storage 'sensibly' you'll always get the odd bright spark!
