Sharepoint Sign Out Button is missing for external users

Hi there,

for some reason external users are not able to sign out of the Sharepoint (their E-Mail might be connected to another organisation and a differte Office 365 account).

Furthermore the design of the sites (e.g. color of the top site bar) differs from non-external users. 

Could anybody help me with this issue?
