SharePoint shows [user] has document open despite having it closed.

For some weird reason, after I close shared documents which I have accessed on SharePoint, others can still see a message saying “Ronaldo has this document open”.

While this doesn’t impact others’ access, this makes it look like I am snooping around more than I am.

Is there a way to completely close a SharePoint document such that this doesn’t happen?
