Sharepoint Server 2019

Hello,

I have configured Sharepoint 2019 on-premise for our company.

Farm contains: 1 Frontent Server, 1 Application Server, 1 SQL Server and 2 Office Online Servers.

All main functions are works, but  some functions getting errors. 

For example, when I delete the site, site still showing at following pages and cannot delete it. 

Sometimes I get that: /_layouts/15/WsaUpload.ashx 403 (Forbidden) and  /_vti_bin/homeapi.ashx/sites/followed/remove

I configured https, and farm works with https, also http works, I tried to configured IIS url redirection but I got blank page.
